I graduated from Bangalore with a degree in psychology with a counselling psychology concentration.

Additionally, I am certified in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Therapeutic Art Life Coaching, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which facilitates cognitive restructuring. These therapies use methods like creating mandalas and keeping art journals.
In addition to a variety of psychological exercises and interventions like breathing exercises, JPMR, journaling, and thought recording, my area of competence includes a variety of psychotherapies like CBT, REBT, SFBT, and Client-Centered Therapy. In order to foster emotional and mental wellness and increase self-satisfaction, these tools and techniques are intended to help people better understand themselves, face their fears, manage emotional imbalances, stop overthinking, navigate emotional distress, deal with mental disorders, and cope with life’s stresses.
