I am Mahima, a Counselling Psychologist, REBT Practitioner and Mindfulness Practitioner Level-1, NLP Practitioner and Parenting Coach. I am also trained in Special Education (Autism, ADHD and Learning Disability).

I can help you with Relationships, Anxiety, Depression, Stress Management, Anger Management, Family issues, Premarital or Post-marital counselling, divorce and Adolescent issues. I can assist you in taking care of your mental health and deal with day to day issues which can sometimes be overwhelming and stressful.

I would describe myself as an empathetic and supportive person who can guide you towards the way for achieving happiness and optimism in life and deal with negative situations in a better way. I am an open-minded, non-judgmental, patient and an active listener who believes in health care and personal growth of her clients.

I can be the one with whom you can share your personal issues without feeling anxious as with me you will receive unconditional positive regard which can help you develop a positive approach in life. I can make you adopt techniques which can make you able to deal with crisis.
